amazing stay and perfect service

kind staff excellent club fluent guidance

I found the staff kind and professional. Their etiquette was great. the ozone kids club was excellent. They engage children in activities like swimming and sketching. chemo provided fluent guidance about the facilities and activities. She even encouraged me to join karaoke.

while the hotel is lovely, the all-inclusive package has limited drink options at bars and restaurants.

The room was spacious and always well kept. Housekeeping ensured everything was clean. fluffy pillows and crisp white sheets added a touch of glamour. amenities were always well-stocked thanks to josaphat from house keeping. He was very efficient!!!

I stayed several nights. My pool facing queen room had two separate sinks. The room also had a rainfall shower. The gym featured three treadmills. I was pleased with two stationary bikes. I also liked the pool area. I could use twenty loungers there.

The air conditioning made very slight noise.

The hotel has at least four pools including a family pool with a slide. There is also a toddlers' pool, a young adult pool, and an adult pool with a bar. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

I really appreciate the meticulous attention to detail in the rooms, which always looked clean. Housekeeping maintained the room very well and ensured amenities were well stocked. The front desk staff made sure I was comfortable and check-in was quick. The animation team created fun activities throughout the day.

The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weaker in certain areas of the hotel.

Very nice Stay!!!

I loved walking on the beach after meals because the hotel is right on the beach. The air conditioning in our room was definitely appreciated because it kept us cool during the hot weather. I found a wide range of choices at the excellent buffet every time. Both Brettah and Shirley, so I am very grateful.

The Wi-Fi was unfortunately not very good. It was difficult to stream videos.

The pools are very nice. Kids will love them. There is even a dedicated pool just for adults near the spa. The hotel has a beautiful white sand beach. It is a perfect setting for walks.

The staff was always friendly, helpful, and passionate. The chefs prepared meals for us. They served us directly at our table. Justice helped get food rushed for my son one day. The kitchen was really busy.

misleading portrayal disjointed service

the variety of food available at the buffet was acceptable..

i had booked a garden-view room well in advance. the picture showed a serene garden setting, but the reality was different. we were squatted around in different areas, far from the lobby, without the promised view. this inconsistency was disappointing..
